What the EDN did next
EDN Reach workshop
The EDN workshop was the most well attended workshop of the Reach event last week! David Blagbrough (EDN chair) and Andrew Munk (LBH) led the session where members set the agenda for the coming three months.
We will:
· Research the ‘Flexible Fund’- we’re going to track down what this is and how you can access it, we’ll be meeting with JCP so watch this space
· Talk more frequently with JCP so the expertise of the VCS feeds into their concerns and priorities
· Help with EOIs We’re going to run clinics and workshops to support you filling in EOIs and help with any other aspects of getting into supply chains
· Send out Information- we’ll keep distributing relevant information and opportunities across the network
· Champion the VCS- we’re going to work with Hackney Council to hold an event where VCS organisations can promote and publicise their work addressing unemployment and worklessness
· Produce a New and Improved EDN Directory We’re going to make our directory a truly effective tool for publicising the VCS to primes and other organisations (this is in progress already!)
