Young London Working
Become Part Of The Young London Working Approved Provider Network!
Economic Development Network organisations who work with young people enabling them to gain employability skills and supporting them into work can receive free capacity building support and an approved provider mark with Young London Working.
The network is free to join and is an opportunity to receive capacity building and access opportunities from employers for the young people you work with.
Young London Working is a Mayors Fund project that brings together organisations who work with young people across Hackney, Islington, Tower Hamlets and the City.
The project involves creating a network of young people’s services, supporting these organisations through capacity building, awarding an approved provider mark and increasing the number of opportunities available for young people working with these organisations. They are currently looking to increase the number of organisations within the network who are delivering employability services to young people aged 16-25.
Joining the network involves completing an application form, having a health and safety check and attending an assessment meeting. Once you have been approved onto the network Young London Working will support your organisation through seminars and workshops and also link you up with jobs and work placements which are obtained by their employment team.
